Return and Refund Policy

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized products (e.g., personalized crystals, services like numerology, tarot readings, etc.), cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you by email once your return is processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment processor.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the product cost but does not include shipping fees, unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the defect, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid for the initial order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
